Leann Dale, Owner and President of Senior Living Options of the Desert, is the newest member of the Alzheimer’s Association Advisory Council here in the Coachella Valley region. “I am thrilled and honored to be part of this amazing organization and fully embrace their vision of a world without Alzheimer’s disease,” said Leann.
The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Their mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
Purpose of the Advisory Council
The regional Advisory Council is directly aligned with the strategic priorities of the Alzheimer’s Association and supports the work they do here in the Coachella Valley. Strategies are customized for the specific needs and resources in the Coachella Valley region.
Advisory Council members serve as ambassadors for the Association in their communities by facilitating collaborations with key partners, business and community leaders, advocacy leaders, and other community stakeholders who can help achieve the vision of a world without Alzheimer’s disease.
