Please join us in welcoming Jay Emery to the Senior Living Options of the Desert team. Jay is our newest Family Advisor and will be working mainly in our new Inland Empire territory.
Who Is Jay?
Jay graduated from La Sierra University with a B.S. in Health and Recreation. He spent the first 15 years of his career 
teaching Physical Education in San Fernando and San Diego.
Jay made the jump from working with the young to working with the elderly in 1999 and received his administrative certificate. He was Administrator for the Tustin Hacienda, an 83 bed community located in Tustin, CA.
While at Tustin Hacienda, Jay helped the owner purchase 3 more facilities and then moved into a management role overseeing all 4 facilities. The owner sought to sell all facilities and Jay purchased Legend Gardens in 2005. Legend Gardens is a 42 bed community located in Palm Desert, CA.
In March of 2016 Jay sold to a group of investors and helped them expand the facility to 96 beds, which also included a Memory Care unit.
Jay and his wife have 2 children. He enjoys music and is a recording artist. He also has a huge interest in sports.
Covering The Inland Empire
Jay will be assisting with our expansion to the Inland Empire and will be the lead Family Advisor serving that area.
